8TH ANNUAL MONUMENTAL TOURNAMENT OF ACES!
On behalf of the Lindsay Leigh Kimmett Memorial Foundation,the Monumental Tournament of Aces co-chairs and golf committee, Rotary Club of Cochrane, and the Kimmett family we would like to extend an invitation to you to attend this year’s 8th annual event on Saturday, October 3 at The Links of Gleneagles in Cochrane. Last year’s event was truly memorable with a record number of golfers and over $138,000 was raised to purchase ultrasound equipment for the still to be opened Dr. Lindsay Kimmett Rotary Club of Cochrane Ultrasound Clinic in the Cochrane Community Health Centre. With the economic downturn and change in government Alberta Health has not committed funding for staffing of the clinic which we hope will happen in the fall. This year the golf committee has decided to support the Warm Water Therapy Pool Initiative which will benefit many in Cochrane and area with rehabilitation and accessibility. It is very easy, come out on October 3 dressed in your brightest golf gear and have a great time golfing with friends and family and join with us in remembering Lindsay. Below you will find both golfer and sponsor packages which contain tournament information, manual registration, and sponsor levels available (we welcome new sponsors and donors!). This year’s early bird draw prize for those entered before July 31 is 2 tickets to The Who concert on October 1!!! To make it easy to commit early please take in to account the following: Registration can be done on line this year, see form below (non-PayPal accounts may use credit card as a PayPal guest) All cheques for sponsorships and entries can be postdated to October 1, 2015 if desired Golfers have the ability to opt out of the tournament up to 10 days before tournament date with full refund.
